Self-aligning Ball Bearings 2300 Series

The components of the self aligning ball bearing include two rows of balls, a cage, an inner ring, and an outer ring with a common concave sphered raceway.This type of bearings is self-aligning and insensitive to angular misalignments of the shaft relative to the housing. UCP series housed units feature the set screw locking (UC) bearing insert. Pillow (plummer) block ball bearing units consist of an insert bearing mounted in a cast iron housing that can be bolted to a support surface. This variant is strong and stiff, and is suitable for applications with both constant and alternating directions of rotation. It has an inner ring extended on both sides and is locked onto the shaft by tightening a set screw on the inner ring, making it easy to mount. Housing designed for ease of bearing replacement.
