Tapered Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearing is a common rolling bearing, its inner and outer rings are conical, and the rolling elements are tapered rollers. It has the characteristics of large load capacity, wear resistance and high speed, and is widely used in automobile, aviation, shipbuilding and other industries.

The structure of tapered roller bearings includes four parts: inner ring, outer ring, roller and cage. The conical surfaces of the inner and outer rings cooperate with the conical surfaces of the rollers to form rolling friction. The cage plays the role of fixing the position and spacing of the rollers.

One of the advantages of tapered roller bearings is their large load carrying capacity. Due to the cooperation of the conical surfaces of the inner ring and the outer ring, the bearing capacity is enhanced and can bear large radial and axial loads. This makes tapered roller bearings have better stability under heavy loads and shock loads.

Secondly, tapered roller bearings have good wear resistance. When tapered roller bearings are working, the heat generated by rolling friction is small, and the friction coefficient is low, thereby reducing wear. In addition, the rollers and cages of tapered roller bearings are made of high-quality alloy steel materials, which have high hardness and wear resistance.

Tapered roller bearings also feature high speeds. Due to the point-to-line contact between the rollers and the inner and outer rings, compared with the line contact of spherical roller bearings, the frictional resistance is small and the speed can be higher. This makes tapered roller bearings suitable for high-speed rotating equipment.

In addition, tapered roller bearings also have the advantage of being easy to install and disassemble. The conical fit of the inner and outer rings allows the bearing to be automatically adjusted during installation without the need for additional adjustment devices. At the same time, since the inner ring and the outer ring can be separated, the disassembly of the bearing is also very convenient.

However, tapered roller bearings also have some characteristics that need attention. First of all, due to the fit of the conical surfaces of the inner ring and the outer ring, high precision is required for installation and adjustment, otherwise the service life and performance of the bearing will be affected. Secondly, due to the large rolling friction area, the structure of the roller and the cage is relatively complicated, so the manufacturing cost is relatively high.

In general, tapered roller bearings have the advantages of large load capacity, wear resistance, and high speed, and are a common rolling bearing. It is widely used in mechanical equipment, and it can exert good performance and service life under the condition of reasonable use and maintenance.

Self-lubricating bearing

Self-lubricating bearings, also known as rolling bearings or plain bearings, are devices used to reduce friction and wear in mechanical parts. Self-lubricating bearings have better wear resistance and longer life than conventional bearings because they are self-lubricating, reducing reliance on external lubricants.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Deep groove ball bearing is a commonly used rolling bearing. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and large bearing capacity, and is widely used in various mechanical equipment. The structure of deep groove ball bearing is composed of outer ring, inner ring, rolling elements and cage. The outer and inner rings are made of steel, heat-treated and precision-machined for hardness and smoothness. The rolling elements are usually made of steel balls, which reduce friction and bearing force by rolling. The function of the cage is to maintain the spacing and relative position of the rolling elements so that they can roll freely.

self-aligning ball bearing

Self-aligning ball bearing is an important part widely used in mechanical equipment, its role is to support and position the rotating shaft. It achieves free rotation by setting balls and ball holders inside the bearing, and can withstand large loads in the axial and radial directions. In actual work, in order to ensure the normal operation of the bearing and prolong its service life, self-aligning ball bearings need to be properly adjusted and maintained.
